We’ll email you an Authority to Act form. This form permits us to act on your behalf and ensures our agreement is clearly documented and secure.

There are no upfront costs.
We only charge a fee once the funds have been successfully recovered. If we're not successful, there’s no charge at all — it’s that simple.

How long does it take?
Each claim is unique, and timelines can vary. This is where we step in to take the stress and uncertainty off your shoulders. We’ll handle the back-and-forth with the relevant authorities to meet all legal and procedural requirements.

Please allow approximately 4–12 weeks for the process to be completed (a little longer for overseas claims).
